50x EvaGreen^® Fluorescent DNA Stain, 500 µl

EvaGreen^® Fluorescent DNA Stain is a superior DNA intercalator dye specially developed for DNA analysis applications including real-time PCR (qPCR) and high-resolution DNA melt curve analysis (HRM). Upon binding to DNA, the non-fluorescent dye becomes highly fluorescent while showing no detectable inhibition to the PCR process. The dye is extremely stable both thermally and hydrolytically, providing convenience during routine handling.
The high quantum yield, excellent stability and less inhibition toward PCR makes it the ideal fluorophore in real-time PCR applications as replacement for the widely used SYBR® Green I dye.

100x Fluorescein Reference Dye, 500 µl

Fluorescein Reference Dye is optimized for block-based real-time PCR instruments that are compatible with the evaluation of the FAM reference signal. The dye does not take part in the PCR reaction but allows to normalize for non-PCR related signal variation and provides a baseline in multiplex reactions. The dye is supplied as 100x concentration.

Uracil N-Glycosylase, 200 units (1 unit/µl)

Uracyl N-Glycosylase (UNG, UDG) catalyses the release of uracil from single and double stranded uracyl-containing DNA. The resulting abasic sites are susceptible to hydrolytic cleavage at elevated temperatures.
UNG is used in real-time PCR to prevent carry-over contamination of dU-containing DNA from previous reactions.
