Лиофилизаты объединяют высокую производительность с удобством использования и стабильностью. Нет необходимости замораживать, оттаивать или дозировать на льду. Небольшое количество остающихся операций дозирования минимизирует риск ошибок и загрязнений.
Готовые к использованию лиофилизаты, содержащие индивидуальные праймеры, - специально изготовленные под заказ мастер-микс лиофилизаты, включающие праймеры, полимеразу, деоксинуклеотидтрифосфаты и реакционный буфер. Предоставьте нам последовательность праймера и мы поставим предзагруженные ПЦР-пробирки или планшеты, готовые к использованию для ваших специальных задач. Все, что вам нужно будет сделать - добавить матричную ДНК, долить воды и включить амплификатор!

qPCR GreenMaster Lyophilisate is designed for quantitative real-time analysis of DNA samples using the fluorescent DNA stain EvaGreen®. The fluorescent dye intercalates into the amplification product during the PCR process and enables the rapid analysis of target DNA without the need of sequence-specific labeled probes.
The Master contains all reagents required for qPCR (except template and primer). | ||

qPCR ProbesMaster Lyophilisate with UNG is designed for quantitative real-time analysis of DNA samples using DNA probe based detection. The lyophilisate is recommended for use with Dual Labeled Fluorescent Probes, e.g. TaqMan®, Molecular Beacons or FRET probes.
The Master contains all reagents required for qPCR (except template, primer and labeled fluorescent probe). UNG (Uracil-N-Glycosylase) and dUTP instead of dTTP is used to eliminate carry-over contamination of DNA from previous PCR reactions. The UNG treatment at the onset of thermal cycling removes uracil residues from dU-containing DNA and prevents it from serving as template. | ||||||||||||||||||
