Human Lung Fibroblasts: HLF

Фибробласты Легких Человека (HLF) обеспечивают прекрасную модель для изучения многих аспектов функций и патологий человеческих легких.

HLF от Cell Applications, Inc. были использованы во множестве исследований, например для демонстрации:

  • Differential gene expression, cytokines, growth factors and interleukins
  • Receptor activation, inhibition and receptor-interacting protein
  • Cell behavior changes, including synthesis of collagen and other extracellular matrix molecules, as well as actin reorganization, collagen contraction and fibroblast / myofibroblast trans-differentiation.
  • Lung disease, disorders and injury, including hypoxia, tissue rigidity, pulmonary fibrosis and hypertension
  • That unwanted cell growth can be inhibited, and that the healing process can be understood and improved

Параметры

Tissue:
Normal human lung parenchyma.  Each lot is tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, mycoplasma, bacteria, and fungi.
Cryopreserved ampoule:
1st passage, >500,000 cells in Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO.
Kit contains:
Ampoule of cryopreserved HLF (506-05a or 506-05f), 500 ml of Fibroblast Growth Medium (116-500), and a Subculture Reagent Kit (090K).
Proliferating Cells:
Shipped in Growth Medium at 2nd passage in either flasks or multiwell dishes.
Population doublings:
Can be cultured at least 12 doublings.
