Human Fibroblast-Like Synoviocytes: HFLS

Синовиальные Фибробласты Человека (HFLS) обеспечивают прекрасную клеточную модель для изучения нормальной и патологической физиологии синовиоцитов и развития заболеваний суставов.

Нормальные клетки HFLS от Cell Applications, Inc. использовались для изучения:

  • TNFα – опосредованных изменений экспрессии генов.
  • Вклада TNF-подобного слабого индуктори апоптоза (TWEAK) в воспаление суставов путем индуцирования хемокинов и матриксной металлопротеазы-9, предполагая TWEAK как новую цель для терапии.
  • Роли miR-124a в патогенезе артритов.
  • C/EBPβ-регулирование металлопротеиназ и членов семейства в синовиоцитах, стимулированных IL-1β.
  • HMW-HA подавление ADAMTS4 mRNA и экспрессия белка через пути CD44, p38 MAPK и JNK .
  • Анти-воспалительная и противоревматическая активность различных соединений, таких как ингибиторы NF-κB, AGIX-4207, HA–метотрексат конъюгатов и буцилламина.
  • Реактивные артриты, вызванные хламидийной инфекцией.

Параметры

Tissue:
Normal human synovial tissues. Each lot is tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, and fungi.
Cryopreserved ampoule:
2nd passage, >500,000 cells in Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO.
Kit contains:
Ampoule of cryopreserved HFLS (408-05a), 500 ml of Synoviocyte Growth Medium (415-500), and a Subculture Reagent Kit (090K).
Proliferating Cells:
Shipped in Growth Medium at 3rd passage in either flasks or multiwell dishes.
Population doublings:
Can be cultured at least 5 doublings
