i2Cult Complete medium for IL-2 dependent cells

i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium is a ready-to-use medium intended for the cultivation of Interleukin-2-dependent cells and cell lines.
This optimized cell culture medium contains a mixture of three isoforms of human IL-2: glycosylated tetrasaccharide, glycosylated and non-glycosylated trisaccharide.
The composition strongly resembles the naturally occurring IL-2 and is particularly stable.
i2Cult IL-2 Complete Medium is supplemented with FBS and contains special additives, which enable an optimal proliferation of IL-2 dependent cells. It is free of antibiotics and bacterial and fungal contaminations. Each medium lot is tested for its ability to support the growth of IL-2 dependent cells.
