The non-denatured Whole Cell Lysate was prepared by harvesting cells with a cell scraper.
Following homogenization in ice-cold modified RIPA-Buffer containing protease inhibitors, remaining cell debris was removed by centrifugation.
Protein concentration was determined by BCA assay.
